thanks for putting this video up. I needed to see the grips for tomahawks and this helps immensely.

If you have a good tomahawk, get your hands on an Epic. You throw it using a tomahawk or thumber, but in the air after it rolls over it will flatten out and glide rather than crash to the ground. I’m an ex-college baseball player with an above average arm so I utilize the tomahawk when I can. I’ve crushed many 450ft+ with the Epic. Some drawbacks is it’s very wind sensitive which will cause it to corkscrew, and I’ve also heard it’s illegal now(could be wrong).

Great Video.
I was always trying to hit hole 15 where I play. You are on top of a hill, and throwing over trees and power lines. I could never get a shot close to it. I watched this, went out, and I shot par on the hole. Always room to improve, but it’s a start.

i disagree with using the very overstable discs all the time. unless you are trying to get very big turns from left to right(or the other way around.) my favorite thumber discs are the z avenger(well aged)for the disc landing straight ahead from where i threw it after finishing its turns and the tracker i use for a big turn to the left then a small turn back to the right
