Thats bizarre logic to say the least. Players don’t get defined by how many majors they lost or could have won. They are defined by how many they did win, by how many tournaments they got the best score in the field. Thats how golf works.

Tiger is an inspiration in the same way Jack was an inspiration to a generation of golf fans. Nicklaus will be matched one day, it will probably be by Tiger. But even if it isn’t by Tiger someone will eventually come along.

4 short of his majors he certainly is. But if you look at the huge amount of second places he had in majors, 19…. Say he might have win 8 of those…which is less than half. That brings him to 26 majors, that means tiger would be no-where near Nicklaus.

Are you kidding? Nicklaus was the best of his time no doubt but Tiger is better now. He has been in PGA half the time and is only 4 short of majors and has more overall wins. You assface

When you are putting your entire focus and concentration into winning a tournament and hundreds of thousands of dollars are on the line of course you are going to be annoying with someone performing an off putting act like taking a picture where there is sound and visual aspects that will distract you from trying to perform an action that requires a high level of focus and attention to detail. Its the same as someone slapping you while your trying to drive a car.

You just prooved my point, and its why the future of this country is royally screwed. When you have people who respond with swearing, and no real come back, it makes me wonder what kind of people do follow Tiger. What do I consider as class? Well ive seen tiger get ticked at someone for snapping a camera. I saw him at the most recent golf tourny act miffed at the guy who holds up the “Quiet” sign, and I dont see him being as gracious to the audience as other golfers, like Nicklaus was.

Are you joking? You obviously have no idea about golf, tiger or anything in general. “Tiger has no class” that is the biggest load of BS that I have ever heard. He is probably the most humble and gracious sportsman on the planet. Explain to me why Tiger has no class and what you consider as class. But for the most part, Nicklaus will never be matched. Tiger might get more overall wins, but he pales in comparison as far as class goes to Nicklaus. Jack can teach (golf my way), and he can play. I watch Tiger and I see a cocky individual who lacks class. But the generation growing up now sees Tiger as an Icon, but then again the generation growing up has ipods growing out of their ears.
